  15.     Which IRQ is the NIC using?  Check the NET.CFG file for settings.  If 
  16. the NIC is using IRQ3, change both the NIC IRQ, usu. using the setup diskette 
  17. that comes with the NIC and the parameter in the NET.CFG file.  Good luck...
